Communication and Controlling
Communication is the process of transformation of information from one person to another to fulfill common interest. It is the exchange of facts, opinions, ideas, suggestions and other information. Communication is a continuous process and basis for managerial function. Managers provide information of instruction, guidance, and suggestion to subordinates to implement plans and policies. It is life blood of any organization because management depends upon communication to realize enterprise objectives. In an organizational set up, communication is the means by which people are linked together for a common purpose.

Controlling is a process of measuring the actual performance achieved with that of planned performance and taking corrective action if actual performance is not in accordance with planned performance. Controlling is determining what is being accomplished, that is, evaluating the performance and if necessary, applying corrective measures so that performance takes place according to plans. The control system guides the organizational activities and assures certain minimum standards. It is necessary for the following purpose.
